摘要
随着经济与社会的发展，我国的水利事业取得了令人瞩目的成绩。同时，水利工程建设与生态环境保护的冲突日益加重，“生态水利”建设在一定程度上缓解了这种冲突。在此，对水利工程建设存在的问题与生态环境的影响进行简单分析，论述了生态环境保护的有关措施及对策。
Our hydraulic institution has gain achievement of all over the world with the development of economy and society. But, the conflict between hydraulic engineering construction and ecological environment protection is increasingly stood out. Eco-hydraulic construction releases the conflict at some degree. By simple analysis of various problems for hydraulic engineering construction and affection for ecological condition, it generalized some methods and measures for ecological environment protection.
