摘要
在介绍DEA方法的基础上,详细阐述了采用DEA方法对非营利性科研机构进行绩效评价的思路,最后给出具体评价的实例。
The DEA method is introduced. The train of thought of the evaluation of achievement and efficiency for a no-profits scientific research institution using DEA method is expounded. Finally an example for the evaluation is given.
