摘要
通过分析我国医学院校由于招生人数的扩大而造成生师比过高,教学资源的相对不足,以及由此引起的教学质量难以保证等一系列问题,提出了控制招生规模、充实教师队伍及加大对医学教育的投入等建议,其目的在于确定高等医学教育的合理的生师比,保证医学人才的培养质量,更好地为人民的健康服务。
This article analyzes the higher of student/teacher ration, shortage of teaching resources for enlargement of recruit, and a series of questions of teaching quality are aroused in higher medical education. Then we give some suggestions about controlling recruit students and student/teacher ration in reason, in order to make sure the development of the medical education and quality of the medical students, and the health of people.
