摘要 报道了实验研究脲酶抑制剂N-丁基硫代磷酰三胺N-(-nbutyl)thiophosphric triamide即nBPT对土壤三大微生物群体-细菌、放线菌、真菌的影响。结果表明:脲酶抑制剂nBPT能够促进土壤细菌、放线菌、真菌的生长,且nBPT浓度越高,其促进效果越明显,但当土壤中脲酶抑制剂与尿素的质量比高于500∶1时,nBPT不再会有附加的效果,因此U∶UI(500∶1)为最佳配比;在这三大微生物群体中,脲酶抑制剂nBPT对土壤细菌的生长的影响作用较小,对土壤真菌的影响较大,对放线菌的影响最大。 This paper reports the experimental study on the effect of urease inhibitor nBPT for three kinds of soil microorganisms- bacteria, actinomyce, and fungi. The results indicate that the urease inhibitor nBPT is capable of promoting the growth of soil microorganisms, and the promoting effect becomes more obvious as the concentration of nBPT increases. When the urease inhibitor is higher than 500 : 1 compared with quality of the urea in the soil, the nBPT does not exhibit additional effect. The best proportion should be U :UI(500 : 1). For these three major microorganism's colonies, the influence of nBPT on the growth is relatively smaller for bacterium, greater for fungi,and the biggest for actinomyces.
