摘要
为对长期运行的复合绝缘子性能进行评价,特选取了7支最长运行14年的复合绝缘子进行了综合试验,结果表明大部分复合绝缘子在经过十几年运行后各项机电技术性能指标仍能保持较好水平;文章还对襄樊国网17年来在复合绝缘子生产、科研、运行、试验等方面的经验进行了总结,介绍了在复合绝缘子配方、工艺等方面所进行的具体改进,认为严格的工艺控制和技术改进能够保证复合绝缘子在更大范围内和更高电压等级工程中的应用。
To assess the performance of composite insulators put into operation for long period, seven string of composite insulators put into operation for fourteen years are chosen for comprehensive tests. Test results show that although being operated for more than ten years the mechanical and electrical performances of most composite insulators almost keep fine. Otherwise, the experiences in the development, production, operation and test of composite insulators in past seventeen years are summarized, the concrete improvements in the composition and manufacturing technology of composite insulators are presented. The authors consider that under strict process control and technical improvement it can be ensured to use composite insulators in even larger range and apply them to transmission projects in higher voltage classes.
