摘要
利用改性皮革胶原纤维作为水体中重金属离子的富集材料,研究了该材料对水体中Cd2+、Cr3+、Pb2+、Ni2+、Co2+等重金属离子的分离富集能力。实验表明,在pH 4~7的酸性和中性的条件下,该材料对重金属离子的富集量最大。其中,Cr3+在pH 4~5时富集率达到100%;Co2+、Ni2+在pH 6~7时富集率达到100%左右;Cd2+和Pb2+在pH 8~9时富集率达到100%左右;在混和溶液中和存在络合配位体时,可以通过控制待测液的酸度对水体中的重金属离子进行选择性吸附。通过样品的分析,可以利用改性皮革胶原纤维作为测定水体中的重金属离子的吸附剂,对水体中的重金属离子进行分析测定。
Modified collagen fibre is a kind of material of enriching heavy metal ions in the water. Properties of material enriching Cd^2+、Cr^3+、Pb^2+、Ni^2+、Co^2+ were studied. Experiments showed at pH 4.0 - 7.0, the material has excellent adsorption. The adsorption efficiency of Cr^3+ is 100% at pH 4- 5, the adsorption efficiency of Co^2+ , Ni^2+ is 100% at pH 6~7 ; The adsorption efficiency of Cd^2+ and Pb^2+ is 100% at pH 8~9. In the mixed solution, the adsorption of modified collagen fibre to the Cd^2+、Cr^3+、Pb^2+、Ni^2+、Co^2+ is different, so the material can be used as a selective adsorbent. The modified collagen fibre should be the material of the enriching heavy metal ions in the water for the sample analysis.
