摘要
从指导思想、举国体制、政策导向、学校竞技体育自身积累的经验等方面,阐述我国学校竞技体育发展面临的机遇。指出学校竞技体育发展在竞技体育资源利用、后备人才培养、教练员及运动员队伍建设、教育与体育系统的协调等方面面临的挑战。提出:学校竞技体育发展应以高校为龙头,建立学校竞技体育服务平台;大力构建中小学竞技体育后备人才培养体系等对策。
It expouded the opportunity faced by the development of school competitive sport in our country from the aspects of guiding ideology, national system, direction of policy, the experience accumulated by school competitive sport itself etc., and pointed out the challenge that the development of school competitive sport was confronted with in the aspects of the utilization of competitive sports resources, the training of reserve talent, the rank construction of coaches and athletes, the coordination of the two systems of education and sport etc. It offered some proposals for the development of school competitive sport, such as taking institutions of higher learning as a head of dragon, setting up the service platforms of school competitive sport, exerting great effort to construct the training system of competitive sports reserve talent and so on.
