摘要
介绍了齿轮减速器的虚拟样机三维模型构建方法,并在此基础上,以齿轮减速器为对象,进行了设计与运动学仿真分析研究。该方法大大提高了齿轮减速器的生成效率,缩短了产品开发周期,提高了产品设计质量,降低了设计费用。文中的研究结果对同类产品设计及运动仿真分析具有一定的参考价值。
The method of 3-D modeling of gear reducer based on virtual prototype technology is introduced in this paper,on this base,the design and simulation of gear reducer is studied.Generating efficiency of gear reducer is developed greatly,the develop cycle is shortened,the design quality is improved,the design cost is shortened through this method,The research results have reference value to the design and simulation of similar parts.
