本文根据SPHD的钢种特性和FTSC薄板坯连铸机的工艺技术特点,分析了浇注SPHD钢的结晶器保护渣应具备的理化指标。介绍了唐钢低碳SPHD钢结晶器保护渣的开发情况。
According to the Specific Character of SPHD Steel and FTSC Sheet bar, analyzed the Physical Chemistry Index of Protecting Powder for the Casting Mould of SPHD Steel. Recommend the Development of Protecting Powder for Lower SPHD Steel in Tang-Steel.
