摘要
造成二级学院“小金库”的原因是多方面的,其危害性更是不容忽视的。高校在谋求健康、高效发展的同时,只有在教育、制度、监督上齐抓共管、标本兼治,才能有效地遏制二级学院的“小金库”现象。
The reasons for the forming of the ＂small coffer＂ of subordinate colleges are various. Its damage is obvious and cannot be ignored. When the higher education institutes make efforts to develop in a health way with high speed, it must also put emphasis on the education, regulation and supervision in order to eliminate the ＂small coffer＂ ultimately.
