摘要
机器视觉已成为无损检测技术中的一个重要分支。利用机器视觉系统获取磁芯产品图像,通过图像预处理、图像分割、特征提取、图像分析、输出检测结果的控制信号,再借助于PLC控制执行机构,最终达到对磁芯产品进行在线分级的目的。
Machine vision has already became one of important branches in nondestructive detection. Getting image of magnetic cores by mechine vision system and through image pretreatment, image segmentation, character extracting and image analysis, then export the results of detection and resort PLC to controlling machine, reach the purpose of classificating the magnetic cores in line finally.
