摘要
根据国内外现有的研究结果,防海洛因复吸药物的研究主要集中在两个方面。其一是以阿片受体为靶标的防复吸药物研究,其二是以非阿片受体作用系统为靶标的防复吸药物研究。后者将成为防海洛因复吸药物的研究重点。
Based on the current available results obtained from national and international studies, the research field in protective drugs of heroin relapse is mainly concentrated in two aspects. The first is to take opioid receptor action system as a target to develop protective drugs of heroin relapse, and the second is to take non - opioid receptor action systems as the targets to develop protective drugs of heroin relapse. The latter is going to become an important point in the research field.
