摘要
在GPt-1~7标准物质的基础上,新近研制了3个铂族元素地球化学标准物质,包括1个ng/g级的样品(GPt-8)和2个μg/g级的铂矿石(GPt-9、GPt-10),由7~9个实验室采用锍镍试金-碲共沉淀-等离子体质谱为主的多种分析方法定值,并将超痕量GPt-1、GPt-2标准物质中的Os、Ru、Ir、Rh数据做了补充测定,提高了定值程度,使GPt-1~GPt-10成为从n×10^-11~n×10^-6均有可靠量值的铂族元素地球化学标准物质的完整系列。
On the basis of the standardized materials of No.1~7 of Pt group, 3 geocheminally standardized materials for the platinum group were newly developed, including one specimen of ng/g class (GPt-8) and two specimens of μg/g class (GPt-9 and GPt-10), where nickel sulphide assay-tellurium precipitation-plasma spectrum and other methods were used in the lab to determine the values, and the super trace amount of Os, Ru, Ir, and Rh in the standard materials GPt-1 and GPt-2 were determined as well as a supplement, which improves the determination, and has the standard materials GPt-1~GPt-10 become a completed series of geochemically standardized materials of the platinum group, with precisions ranging from n×10^-11 through n×10^-6.
