摘要
目的观察健脾法电针配合耳穴治疗肥胖性脂肪肝的临床疗效。方法将30例肥胖性脂肪肝患者(治疗组)采用电针配合耳穴治疗;另30例(对照组)予以潘特生口服,疗程均为2个月。观察两组临床疗效、体重指数、腰臀比、肝功能、血脂变化。结果治疗组总有效率为86.7%,对照组为73.3%,治疗组疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组体重指数、腰臀比、肝功能和血脂的改善亦明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健脾法电针配合耳穴治疗肥胖性脂肪肝疗效可靠,值得推广。
To observe the clinical effect of electro-acupuncture plus ear acupuncture on obese fatty liver,30 subjects in treatment group were treated by acupuncture and another 30 cases in control group were treated by Pantethine,with a course of two months. The clinical effect,BMI,ACR,ALT,AST,TC and TG were observed. Results：The total effective rate was 86.7% in treatment group and 73.3% in control group, P〈0.05;the improvements of BMI,WHR,ALT,AST,TC and TG were significantly better in treatment group than in control group,P〈 0.05.
