摘要
对人工传代、低温与超低温法保存菌种进行效果比较观察,结果表明:一般抵抗力较强的菌种,超低温保存可存活15年以上,低温保存可存活5年以上,耐受力特别弱的菌种,在超低温保存存活5年以上,在低温保存也可存活2年以上。经七项指标检测低温与超低温法保存菌种生物学特性无明显变异,而人工传代法有不同程度的变异。从而验证了低温保存方法具有长期保存菌种的良好效果。本方法值得向基层单位推广。
To observe the effect of artificial passage, hypothermia and ultralow temperature for strain conservation, and make a comparison. The result manifested: strain of common resistance can survive more than 15 years at ultralow temperature conservation, while at hypothermia conservation the strain can survive more than 5 years. Strain of poor resistance can survive more than 5 years at ultralow temperature conservation, while can survive more than 2 years at hypothermia conservation. No obvious mutation after detection of hypothermia and ultralow temperature for strain conservation by seven index, but there are mutation on several way artificial passage strain conservation. Therefore, the way of hypothermia and ultralow temperature has good results on long - term strain conservation. These methods are worthy to generalize in base level unit.
