摘要
对GB/T5009.34食品中亚硫酸盐蒸馏法的测定方法,进行一系列的改进,以淀粉溶液作指示剂用碘标准溶液滴定,边蒸馏边滴定,反应速度快,重现性好,回收率高,最低检出限为1mg/kg,适用于食品中亚硫酸盐及二氧化硫残留量的测定。
Determination of traces of sulphite in various foods was attempted by using the method of modified distillation of the national standard GB/T 5009.34. Effects of preparation of sulphite standard solution, optimum condition of the reaction were that indicator was starch solution and volumetric solution was iodine standard solution, destilled at the time of titration. The reaction velocity is rapid with good reproduction quality and high recovery rate. The minimum detectable quantity of this method was 1.0 mg/kg. The method could be applied to almost all kinds of foods.
