摘要
研究了稀土元素对Ni代Co硬质合金性能的影响。结果表明,稀土元素可使WC-8%Ni硬质合金的性能大大提高,因而使其可以在许多领域取代传统的WC-Co硬质合金。
The influence of rare earth elements on the properties of cemented carbide with Co substituted by Ni has been studied. The results show that rare earth elements allow for substantially improving the properties of WC 8%Ni cemented carbide and the WC 8%Ni cemented carbide with an addition of 1.2% ̄1.6% rare earth element of Ni content can be used for replacing traditional WC Co cemented carbide.
