摘要
介绍了虚拟圆度误差测量仪的构成、单片机数据采集电路及PC机数据处理软件。采用AT89C55单片机、光电编码器、电感式位移传感器和A/D转换芯片CS5522组成的数据采集电路实现了数据的自动采集;然后在W indows环境下,采用VB6设计数据处理软件。该测量仪将形位误差测量技术与虚拟仪器技术相结合,解决了圆度误差的测量问题,并且将圆度误差图形在屏幕上形象、直观地显示出来。整个系统性能稳定,测量精度高。
The structures of virtual roundness error measuring instrument, the data acquisition circuit of single chip microcomputer and the PC data processing software were introduced. The data acquisition circuit utilizes an AT89C55 chip, a light - to - electricity coder, an inductance - triggered displacement sensor and an A/D convert chip CS5522 and can collect data automatically, then under the environment of Windows, VB6 is used to process the data. The measuring instrument integrates both the measuring technology of the form & position error and the technology of virtual instrument, which can measure the roundness error, and display the roundness error graph directly on a screen. The system has high measuring precision and it is steady.
