摘要
对扭曲片管强化传热技术在裂解炉上的应用进行了模拟和试验。结果表明,扭曲片管影响下游的距离为50~60倍直径。扭曲片管应用于裂解炉时,炉管压降增加20%~30%,管壁温度下降至少20℃,处理量增加7%,且对裂解炉的正常操作无不利影响。
In this study,the application of twisted- tape-tubes in ethylene cracking furnaces is simulated and experimented,and the results show that the affect- ing length of twisted-tape-tube is 50~60 times the tube diameter.When the twisted-tape-tubes are used in ethylene cracking furnaces,the pressure drop of the tube increases about 20%~30%,the TMT drops at least 20℃,and the feedrate of the furnace increases about 7%.Obviously,twisted-tape-tube has no negative effect on the normal operation of ethylene cracking furnace.
