摘要
目的:探讨碘伏明胶海绵对下颌阻生智齿拔除术后干槽症中的作用。方法:下颌阻生智齿拔除术223例,随机分为治疗组117例,牙拔除后牙槽窝内植入碘伏明胶海绵,咬棉球30 min,常规口服抗生素3 d;对照组106例,牙拔除术后牙槽窝内不放置任何填充物,只咬棉球30 min,常规口服抗生素3 d。对两组病例干槽症的发生率进行对比研究。结果:对照组有6例发生干槽症,发生率5.66%,治疗组只有1例发生干槽症,发生率0.85%。经统计学分析有显著性差异。结论:碘伏明胶海绵能有效预防下颌阻生智齿拔除术后干槽症的发生。
Objective：To explore effects of povdine idione gelatin sponge on the prevention of dry socket caused by impacted mandibular third molar extraction. Method：impacted mandibular third molars extracted were divided into two groups at random. One was the experimental group, in which we implanted povdine idione gelatin sponge into alveolar nest, cotton bale staying for 30 min; the other was contrast group, in which we didn＇t implant anything into alveolar nest, only cotton bale staying for 30 min. Then we compared occurrence of dry socket of the two groups. Result： There were 6 persons infected with dry socket in the contrast group, with the incidence rate of 5.66 %, while there was only one infected with dry socket in the experimental group, the incidence being 0.85 %. Suggesting that the incidence of dry socket was significantly lower in the experimental group compared with contrast one. Conclusion：The result demonstrates that the povdine idione gelatin sponge can prevent the occurrence of dry socket.
