摘要
对竹笋壳黄酮的提取方法及其提取液的抑菌效果进行了初步研究,实验结果证明了竹笋壳黄酮提取液有与竹叶黄酮相当的生理活性,从而给竹笋壳的废品回收利用提供了实验依据。
This experiment aims at studying the method of extracting flavone from shells of bamboo shoots and the bacteria-restraining effect of the extracting flavone. By this experiment, it is proved that the extracting flavone from the shells of the bamboo shoots has the similar physiological active as the flavone from bamboo leaves, which provides the experiment proof of the waste recycle and use of the shells of the bamboo shoots.
