转晶剂、晶种和分散剂对α半水石膏晶体粒度、形貌的影响 被引量:23

摘要 以二水石膏分析纯试剂为原料,采用加压水溶液法.探讨了复合转晶剂、晶种、分散剂对α半水石膏晶体粒度、形貌的影响。试验结果表明,添加硫酸铝与酒石酸钠钾复合转晶剂,对制备短柱状α型半水石膏晶体有利;添加晶种,可进一步增大晶体的粒度;添加分散剂,可降低长径比、缩小粒度分布的范围。 Using the calcium sulfate dihydrate as raw material,the author used hydrothermal production process in pressure and discussed the influence of different component of medium crystal agent ,seed crystal and dispersing agent on the crystal granularity and morphology of alpha -hemibydrate gypsum. The result of the test indicated that the aluminium sulfate and the sodium tartrate potassium bond was advantageous to prepare the short columnar alpha-hemihydraed gypsum crystal.The seed crystal could further increase the crystal granularity , the dispersing agent could reduce the grain-size distribution scope.
