摘要
通过对现代技术伦理规约的责任困境和科林格里奇控制困境的分析,可以揭示技术伦理规约的过程本质。现代技术伦理规约的本质不仅仅是对技术主体、技术客体的规约,而是对技术主体与技术客体相统一的动态过程的伦理规约,是在技术-伦理开放框架内的协同与整合,由此可以消解技术伦理规约的困境。
Through the analysis on the puzzledom of ethical stipulation on modern technology, this paper reveals the process essence for the ethical stipulation on modern technology. The paper argues that the essence and nature of the ethical stipulation for modern technology is not only the stipulation for technological subject and the technological object, but for the dynamic process of it. That is, ethical stipulation should be based on the dynamic process which integrated the technological subject and object. According to this viewpoint, the paper puts forward the exoteric framework for the ethical stipulation of modern technology.
