摘要
目前我国正处在从传统社会向现代社会转变,经济结构和社会制度转型时期,农民问题始终是关键性问题。由于相关的法律制度的不完善及国家政策的不适当,造成了对农民利益的侵害。如何维护农民阶层的合法权益,实现社会的和谐发展,探究我国农民弱势阶层合法权益保护的途径和方法,则是需要从社会法的角度进一步探讨的问题。
The problem of peasantry is always pivotal to our country during the transition from traditional society to modem society - - a period when the economic structure and social system are assuming their shape. Due to the imperfection of correlative legal institutions and the impropriety of national policies, violations to the interests of peasants have made in some areas. To protect the lawful rights of peasants becomes a more and more crucial problem, which will contribute to the harmonious development of society. This essay thus discusses the ways of protection of our disadvantaged peasantry＇ s interests from the point of view of social law.
