摘要 频谱分析仪是对频域信号进行测量和分析的一种重要的测量仪器。传统的频谱分析仪的手工校准费时费力,有时测量结果还要受到人为因素影响。本文介绍一种利用Labwindows/CVI7.0编程,基于GPIB总线实现对频谱分析仪的自动测试。主要是利用现有仪器的GPIB总线接口,通过计算机控制各种测试设备来实现测试工程的自动化。利用Labwindows/CVI软件中的IVI驱动器来驱动仪器,并运用SQL Server手段来对测试数据进行查询,存储和处理。 The spectrum analyzer is a very important instrument in measuring and analyzing the signals in frequency domain. Traditional methods of measurement and calibration of spectrum analyzer are time-consuming and effort-consuming. Sometimes the measurement results are affected by the operator. This paper shows an automatic test system based on GPIB bus and Labwindows/CVI7.0 to calibrate spectrum analyzer. It mainly makes use of the equipments available, which are equipped with GPIB interface and let the computer control all these equipments to realize the process of auto testing. The IVI drivers of Labwindows/CVI7.0 are used to drive the equipments and the SQL Server technique is used to deal with the analysis of the test data.
