摘要
为总结结肠癌急性梗阻行Ⅰ期切除、吻合的治疗经验，对结肠癌急性梗阻144例行Ⅰ期切除吻合的临床效果进行回顾分析。144例中术后吻合口漏2例，切口感染2例，急性肾功能衰竭致死亡2例。结果表明，有效抗生素做术前肠道准备．配合术中肠腔机械灌洗及术者手术技巧的提高，结肠癌急性肠梗阻Ⅰ期切除吻合不失为一好的手术方案。
Primary resection and anastomosis in the treatment of acute obstruction due to colonic carcinoma in 144 cases were analized retrospectively so to summarized the experiences and evaluate the clinical effect. Of all the 144 cases,postoperative anastomosis leak/age occurred in 2 cases,incisional infection in 2 cases, and there was case-death caused by acute renal failure in 2 cases. Results showed that preoperative intestinal preparation with effective antibiotics,mid-operative intraintestinal mechnical perfusion plus skillfull op erational manipulation can ensure the successfull primary resection and anastomosis in the treatment of acute obstruction caused by colonic carcinoma.
