三种修复方法保留前牙残冠根的疗效比较 被引量：1

摘要 目的:观察3种不同方法修复前牙残冠根的效果。方法:选取患牙27个,分别采用牙冠延长术、根牵引术和牙龈切除术完全暴露断面,术后行核桩冠修复,通过术前、术后即刻、术后1月、术后3月和术后6月复查时的龈沟深度比较3种方法的修复效果。结果:切割牙龈组预后略差,根牵引术组病例局限,治疗周期长,牙冠延长术组能提供一个快速、稳定的结果。三者之间存在显著性差异。结论:牙冠延长术是前牙残冠根修复的最佳术式。
