摘要
对球罐应力腐蚀开裂的原因和主要影响因素进行了分析.针对16MnR和SPV50Q球罐用钢,在分析湿硫化氢环境下应力腐蚀开裂形式的基础上,通过改进的WOL预裂纹试样的应力腐蚀开裂试验,对不同球罐用钢、不同硫化氢浓度、不同焊接状态条件下的应力腐蚀开裂进行了研究,并对设备的安全性能进行了分析,进而提出了防止应力腐蚀开裂的对策.
As a result of refining imported high sulpher crude oil in recent years, more and more interior surface stress corrosion cracks were found in oil refining spheres. The reason and the main influence factors to the stress corrosion cracking of spheres were analysed. Based on the research on the safety of pressure vessels and LPG spherical tanks, the mechanisms of stress corrosion cracking in wet Hz S environment are analyzed. The pre-fatigue crack M-WOL specimen stress corrosion cracking tests irr three H2S concentrations are performed under different welding conditions. A safety performance analysis of equipment has been made, and preventve countermeasures have been proposed.
