摘要 目的:研制松质骨孔隙率图像分析软件,检测松质骨孔隙率沿轴向和横向的分布特点。方法:实验于2001-03/2003-11在解放军第三军医大学野战外科研究所动物中心和重庆工商大学计算机及信息工程学院完成。选取个体质量和年龄相近的3头猪后肢新鲜胫骨共6根,制成常规松质骨病理切片。切片时,左肢胫骨近端或右肢胫骨远端沿垂直于骨轴向取内、中、外部位各1张切片(横切切片);左肢胫骨远端和右肢胫骨近端沿骨轴向取左、中、右部位各1张切片(纵切切片)。松质骨切片在光镜下观察和照像,照片由扫描仪转化为图像文件。采用VC++编制了CBPIA松质骨孔隙率图像分析软件(CancellousBonePorosityImageAnalysisSoftware),计算不同方向不同层面的松质骨切片中骨基质与整个表面的面积比。结果:进入结果分析的松质骨切片共12片,纵切切片、横切切片各6片。①松质骨孔隙率沿轴向靠近密质骨逐渐变小。如实验猪A左后肢胫骨近端松质骨横切内片、中片、外片的孔隙率分别为89.62%,79.99%,65.40%,呈逐渐减小的趋势。②松质骨孔隙率在垂直于轴向的方向基本不变。如B猪右后肢胫骨近端松质骨纵切左片、中片、右片的孔隙率都接近于54%。结论:松质骨近似于一种蜂窝状的多孔固体结构,孔穴内充满着骨髓,可以看作横观各向同性材料;自制的CBPIA松质骨孔隙率图像分析软件可较为准确地检测松质骨孔隙率。 AIM:To investigate the porosity image analysis software of cancellous bone,and determine the distribution characteristics of cancellous bone porosity in terms of the axial and transversal direction. METHODS:This experiment was conducted in the Animal Center of Institute of Battle Surgery, Third Military Medical University of Chinese PLA and the College of Computer Science and Information Engineering of Cbongqing Technology and Business University.Six fresh tibiae were selected from three pigs, the individual mass and age of which were similar, and routinely made into pathological sections. In the distal end of left tibia and the proximal end of right tibia, the cancellous bone was cut into pathological sections respectively from the inner,middle and outer parts (transversal sections) vertical to the axial direction of tibia.In the distal end of left tibia and the proximal end of right tibia,the cancellous bone was cut into the left, middle and right pathological sections (axial sections) parallel to the axial direction of tibia. Under the light microscope, the sections of cancellous bone were taken photos and observed.The pictures were saved as the image files by means of scanner. The cancellous bone porosity image analysis software (CBPIA) was developed by using VC++, and the ratio of bone matrix area to the whole surface area in each section was calculated in terms of different directions and levds in tibia. RESULTS:A total of twelve cancellous bone sections were involved in the analysis of result, including 6 transversal sections and 6 axial sections.① The cancellous bone porosity gradually decreased as approaching the compact bone along the axial direction. For example, the interval porosity of sections in the inner, middle and out parts of proximal tibia of left hind limb in pig A were 89.62%, 79.99% and 65.40%, respectively, which was in an decreasing trend. ②The cancellous bone porosity basically keep constant along the transversal direction. For the axial sections from the proximal end of right behind tibia in pig B, the porosity of the inner, middle and outer sections were approximately equal to 54%. CONCLUSION:Cancellous bone is similar to a porous solid structure of honeycombed, in the hole of which there are full of marrow. It can be considered as a transverse isotropic materials. The serf-designed CBPIA can accurately detect the cancellous bone porosity.
