摘要
通过生物测定筛选出对松褐天牛毒力较高的菌株Bb202,用该菌株生产白僵菌无纺布菌条和高孢粉用于野外防治松褐天牛,结果表明,防治后松褐天牛的虫株率下降了0.9%,下降幅度达31.1%;无纺布菌条处理区解剖木中的幼虫死亡率为61.8%,高孢粉处理区为52.5%,对照区为45.6%。挂笼试验中,无纺布菌条处理区解剖木的幼虫死亡率为41.9%,高孢粉处理区为62.0%,对照区为32.3%,说明用白僵菌防治松褐天牛有一定的效果。
From a bioassay for virulence of some entomogenous fungi against the larvae of the pine sawyer, Monochamus alterna bassiana. The bands tus, Bb202 was chosen for production and pure spores were used for field test. of non-woven fabric bands impregnated with B. In the field plot, Bb202 was used in two different methods:hanging the fungal bands on pine trunks and spraying Bb202 spore powder. The results showed that the percentage of infested trees in the treated plot declined by 0. 9% with the relative decline rate of 31.1%. The mortality ofM. alternatus larvae was 61.8% in the fungal band plot, 52.5% in the sprayed plot and 45.6% in control plot. In a cage test, the mortality of M. alternatus larvae was 41.9% in the fungal band plot, 62. 0% in the sprayed plot and 32. 3% in control plot, suggesting that B. bassiana suppressed M. alternatus population obviously.
