前混合磨料水射流磨料颗粒加速机理分析 被引量:14

摘要 为了提高前混合磨料水射流的切割效果,以固液两相流理论为基础,建立了磨料颗粒在前混合磨料水射流中不同阶段的运动受力模型,分析和研究了磨料颗粒的加速机理和运动规律。理论研究表明,磨料颗粒在高压管路中加速不明显,主要加速过程是喷嘴收敛段、圆柱段和射流在大气中的核心段。数值计算结果证实了前混合磨料水射流切割同样的材料所需压力仅为后混合磨料水射流的1/10左右。 In order to improve the cutting effect of pre-mixed abrasive water-jet, based on the theory of solid-liquid two-phase flows, the mathematic models of abrasive in various phases of pre-mixed abrasive water-jet were established, and the accelerative mechanism and moving rule were studied. The results show that abrasive in high pressure pipe is accelerated indistinctively, and mainly in nozzle's taper convergence segment and column segment. The numerical values show that the pressure of pre-mixed abrasive water-jet for cutting the same material is only 1/10 of sub-mixed abrasive water-jet approximately.
