摘要
以Mg(NO)2·6H2O和氨水为原料,用直接沉淀法制备了纳米氢氧化镁,讨论了使用不同表面活性剂及其用量对纳米氢氧化镁的分散效果。同时,还进行了在氢氧化镁表面包覆有机阻燃剂THPC的研究,并采用SEM、TEM、FTIR、Zeta电位和热分析等手段,对包覆前后的氢氧化镁进行表征。实验结果表明,在氢氧化镁表面存在THPC有机包覆层。
Mg(OH)2 nanoparticles were prepared from Mg(OH)2·6H2O and ammonia by precipitation method. Different dispersing effects by using different surfactants were discussed. Mg(OH)2 surfaces were coated by organic flame retardant-THPC. Both the coated and uncoated Mg(OH)2 nanoparticles were characterized by SEM, TEM, FFIR, Zeta potential, DTA, etc.. The results showed that the Mg(OH)2 nanoparticles has been coated with THPC.
