The Effect of Isoprostane F2a-III on Oxidative Stress in Hypoxic Ischemic Brain Damage

摘要 氧化应激是体内自由基产物超过抗氧化防御代谢时的一种不平衡状态,可导致脂质过氧化、膜蛋白损伤及DNA损害,在新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)的再灌注损伤中可能发挥着重要作用。1990年开始,异前列烷F2a-III逐渐作为一项评定氧化应激和脂质过氧化损伤的敏感和可靠的指标,探讨其是否也可以评价HIE时脑损伤的程度,并具有一定的生物活性介导了缺氧缺血性脑损伤,有助于明确HIE的发病机制,以帮助早期诊断和治疗。
