摘要
目的建立银黄胶囊中黄芩苷和绿原酸含量的高效液相色谱(HPLC)测定法。方法采用Hypersil ODS Agilent(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)色谱枉,甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相(梯度洗脱)流速1ml/min;检测波长为318nm。结果绿原酸在0.1004—1.506μg范围内呈良好的线性关系。回归方程l,=15.1149+2844.8547x,r=0.9999;黄芩苷在0.4120—6.18μg范围内线性关系良好。回归方程l,:34.8131+2190.0587x,r=0.9999(n=5)。结论该分析方法简便准确,稳定可靠,重现性好,可用于银黄胶囊的质量控制。
Objective To establish the HPLC assay for determination of chlorogenic acid and baicalin in Yinhuang capsule. Methods The chromatographic column of Hypersil ODS Agilent(4.6mm × 250mm ,5μm) was used. The mobile phase for analysis was consisted of methanol-0.1% phosphoric acid solution (gradient elution), the rate of flow was 1 mL/min, and the detective wavelength was at 318nm. Results The calibration curve of chlorogenic acid presented the favourable linear correlation over the range of 0. 100 4 - 1. 506 μg,and regression equation was Y= 15. 114 9 +2 844.854 7X,r =0.999 9. The calibration curve of baicalin presented the favourable linear correlation over the range of 0. 412 0 - 6. 18 p.g, and regression equation was Y = 34. 813 1 + 2 190.058 7X, r = 0. 999 9 ( n = 5 ). Conclusion The analytical method is convenient, accurate, stable, reliable, better reproducible, and it can be used for the quality control of Yinhuang Capsule.
