摘要 目的考察温度、pH值对赤苷总苷稳定性的影响。方法在不同的温度及pH值条件下,放置一定时间,再采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定赤芍总苷中芍药苷的含量变化。结果芍药苷在高于60℃的条件下不稳定。结论赤芍总苷水溶液在高温条件下不稳定。 Objective To study on the influence of temperature and pH on the stability of overall paeoniflorin by using content of the paeoniflorin as the index. Methods Experiment was carried on with different temperature and pH condition, and determined the change of contents of paeoniflorin by HPLC after placed some time. Results Paeoniflorin was uinstable when the temperature was above 60℃. Conclusion The overall paeoniflorin is unstable with high temperature.
