根据氨基酸分析仪的分离原理,分析缓冲液和显色剂国产化过程中常出现的问题,并且提出相应的解决方案,从而大大降低了氨基酸分析成本。
According to the separation principle of Amino acid analyzer, we analysis and solute the usual problems during self-prepared buffer and indictor to replace those imported, which decrease a great deal of the cost for amino acid analyzing.
