摘要
介绍了两种分娩方式的不同,阐述了阴道分娩的益处和剖宫产的不足。提出医护人员应改变自己的观念,并采取行之有效的护理措施,提倡经阴道分娩,并降低剖宫产率。
In this article,two different modes of delivery were introduced, benefits of vaginal delivery（VD） and shortages of uterine - incision delivery（U - D） were explained. It is suggested that the staff should change their own concept and take effective nursing intervention to advocate adopting VD and lowering U- D rate.
