摘要
目的：探讨糖尿病肾病血液透析患者动静脉内瘘的护理方式。方法：对34例使用动静脉内瘘行血液透析的糖尿病肾病患者，针对其动静脉内瘘情况进行护理。结果：27例动静脉内瘘使用良好，时间20-56个月，平均38个月。4例因不同原因造成动静脉内瘘闭塞，3例因病情较重死亡。结论：把握动静脉内瘘启用时机、掌握动静脉内瘘穿刺方法、观察透析过程、结束时以正确按压血管及严格无菌操作是保护动静脉内瘘的关键。
Objective： To investigate the nursing of vascular passageway for patients caused by diabetic nephropathy undergoing hemodialysis. Methods：Thirty-four patients with diabetic nephropathy undergoing hemodialysis with arteriovenous fistula were observed and nursing of internal fistula was given. Results： Three patients died of serious ill. The internal fistula blockage occurred in 4 patients. The internal fistula was used regularly in 2＂/ patients from 20 months to 56 months,38 months on average. Conclusions： It is the key point for protecting the internal fistula to seize the timing of use of internal fistula, master puncture method of internal fistula, observe course of hemodialysis, press vessel with correct method in the end, and perform the sterile operation.
