摘要
由于化疗药物的毒副反应,静脉应用化疗药物外渗可引起皮下及静脉无菌性炎症,后果严重,如处置不及时,重者可引起干性坏死,导致皮肤溃疡及疤痕形成。重点介绍了化疗药物引起组织损伤的机制,外渗的危险因素、预防及处理原则。
Extravasation of intravenous infusion chemotherapeutic drugs can cause endermic and venous aseprtic inflammation because its toxic and adverse effects. Many factors can cause extravasation of chemotherapeutic drugs. And the consequence of it is severe. If extravasation were not handled in time, it would result in dry necrosis, dermal ulcer and scarring in severe cases. This article mainly introduced the mechanism of chemotherapeutic induced tissue damage, the risk factors, prevention and principles of treatment of extravasation.
