摘要
和谐社会最基本的要义是利益均衡。构建社会主义和谐社会要以利益协调为基础。当前我国利益关系正朝着良性互动的方向发展,利益诉求在无序中渐有制度保障,利益群体在形成中凸显博弈的力量,利益分配在失衡中初现均衡的曙光,利益需要在发展中得到有限的满足,利益冲突在平和中隐藏扩大的危机。因此,利益协调要有新思路,要科学把握和谐社会构建中利益协调的基本要义,切实找准和谐社会构建中利益协调的主要方向,始终遵循和谐社会构建中利益协调的根本原则,筑牢和谐社会构建中利益协调的坚实基础,精心设计和谐社会构建中利益协调的制度体系。
The harmonious society＇s most basic essential meaning is balance of interest. Constructing the socialist harmonious society should regard interest regulation as the foundation. The current interest relations of our country are developing towards positive interaction direction. The interest demand gradually has the system safeguard in disorder, interest groups emerge gaming strength in formation. Interest distribution begins to show balanced dawn when it is being outof-balance, the interest requirement obtains limited satisfaction in development. Interest confilict hides the extended crisis when being gentle. Therefore, the interest regulation must have the new mentality, want to grasp scientifically the basic essential meaning of building harmonious society, must seek the main respect of interest regulation in building harmonious society, must follow the fundamental principle of interest regulation all the time in building harmonious society, build firmly solid foundation of interest regulation inbuilding harmonious society, and elaborate institutional framework of interest regulation in construction of society.
