摘要
为了推动现代远程教育的进一步发展,解决信息的泛滥与求学者对精练知识的需求等突出的矛盾,在阐述知识管理基本内涵的基础上,分析了远程教育的架构要素及现存的问题,同时将知识管理理念引入现代远程教育中,并提出了具体应用措施。
In order to promote the development of the distance education and make the students acquire the authentic knowledge through the infosmog,this paper illustrates the definition of knowledge management,analyzes the problems existing in the modem distance education,puts the thought of knowledge management into the modem distance education and gives some advice on how to apply the knowledge management. The creative application of knowledge management could drive the development of the modem distance education quickly.
