摘要 面齿轮传动是由圆柱齿轮与面齿轮相啮合的传动,分析了面齿轮传动的啮合特性.根据齿轮啮合原理,在给出刀具齿廓方程及法矢方程的基础上,通过坐标变换导出了面齿轮齿面的位置矢量与法矢量;利用计算机仿真技术,对在安装误差条件下的面齿轮啮合特性,传动误差进行了仿真研究;结果表明,接触印痕在面齿轮齿面上形成一条沿着齿形方向的直线,而且随着装配误差的差异分别沿着齿向方向的大端或小端移动;传动误差与圆柱齿轮的转角成线性关系,对安装错位不敏感.由装配错位传动误差接近于0. The property of meshing of a face gear drive with a spur involute pinion is considered. The generation of the face gear is based on application of an involute shaper. The equations of surface and normal of the shaper are presented, which derive the position vector and normal vector of the face gear by coordinate transformation. The meshing of non-orthogonal intersection is simulated. It shows that the contort path of the face gear drive is shift in the direction of the surface caused by misalignment. Similarly,transmission error of the gear drive is also analyzed which is not sensitive to the misalignment.
