复方青黛饮对角质形成细胞增殖影响的实验研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:研究复方青黛饮治疗银屑病的作用机制。方法:腹腔注射乙烯雌酚有引起小鼠上皮细胞增殖的作用,小鼠尾部表皮天然缺少颗粒层,这两种特征与银屑病病理相似。不同组别的小鼠以复方青黛饮或郁金银屑片灌胃,观察其对角质形成细胞增殖的调节作用。结果:与对照组比较,复方青黛饮有较好的降低嗜银蛋白含量和小鼠阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂,以及促使角质形成细胞分化的作用。结论:复方青黛饮治疗银屑病的作用机制与调节角质形成细胞增殖有关。 Objective To study the mechanism of action of Qingdai compound in the treatment of psoriasis. Methods The proliferation of the epithelial cells lining the mouse vagina could be induced by intraperitoneal injection of estrogen and stratum granulosum is congenitally absent in the epidermis of mouse tail, showing similarity to the pathological change in psoriasis. Mice in different groups were administered with Qingdai compound or Yujinyinxie tablet, respectively. The modulation of these Chinese herbs on the proliferation of keratinocyte was observed. Results Compared with the control group, Qingdai compound could greatly decrease the expression of AgNORs and mitosis of the epithelial cells lining the mice vagina and increase the differentiation of keratinocyte. Conclusion The mechanism of action of Qingdai compound in the treatment of psoriasis may be related to regulating the proliferation of keratinocyte.
