Syndecan-1、MMP-1在肾癌中的表达及临床意义 被引量：1

摘要 应用免疫组化SP法检测细胞黏附分子Syndecan-1和基质金属蛋白酶-1(MM P-1)在正常肾组织和肾癌组织中的表达。结果为Syndecan-1在肾癌中低表达者预后差,MM P-1在肾癌中高表达者预后差,二者表达呈负相关(rs=-0.651,P<0.001)。认为二者联检可预测肾癌的转移潜能及评估预后。
