摘要
川崎取向硅钢存在热轧板边裂问题。针对此问题,日本川崎公司采取了板坯在1 200℃以上加热时控制保护气氛中氧的质量分数及保持时间;调整粗轧压下率及轧制温度;实施宽压下及边部加热;变化材料的变形能,抑制边部鱼鳞状缺陷的发生等一系列措施,取得了缓解热轧板边裂的明显效果。
For preventing the edge cracking produced in hot-rolling grain-oriented silicon steel, some measures are adopted., controlling oxygen concentrate and hold time in atmosphere when slab heating above 1 200 ℃ ,adjusting reduction and rolling temperature of roughing mill, carrying out width reduction and brink heating, changing deformation energy of material and inhibiting brink fish scale-type defect. Results show that these are effective for decreasing the formation of edge cracking.
