摘要
目的通过检测胎粪吸入综合征(MAS)患儿血清血小板活化因子(PAF)、血栓调节蛋白(TM)及WBC、PLT计数,观察MAS患儿体内炎症介质、内皮细胞功能变化规律。方法MAS患儿均于生后24h内和72~96h采静脉血,采用酶联免疫吸附双抗体夹心法定量测定其血清PAF、TM水平,同时检测血常规。结果MAS患儿血PAF和WBC早期即有明显增高,与病情轻重有关;TM明显增高,以生后3d及病情加重时明显?结论MAS患儿存在炎症反应、内皮细胞损伤,且相互影响,相互促进。
Objective To detect levels of serum platelet activating factor(PAF), thrombomodulin(TM) and white blood cell(WBC), platelet count(PLT) in neonates with meconium aspiration syndrome (MAS), and observe changes of mediators of inflammation and function of endotheliocute. Methods All cases were taken vein blood in 24 h and 72 96 h after birth. Surm PAF and TM were detected by EILSA technique, at the same time, blood cell counts were determined. Results PAF and WBC in neonates with MAS increased,which were relevant to the patients' condition. TM of neonates with MAS increased significantly, especially in 72-96 h after birth and aggravated with the patients' condition. Conclusion Neonates with MAS have inflammatory reaction and injured endotheliocyte,which are interaction.
