摘要
采用体质健康等级综合评价、身体自我认知、健康行为管理调查等方法,对深圳大学271名学生进行了测评及调查,结果显示:不同体质健康等级大学生对身体自我认知具有较高的一致性和客观性。体质健康优秀组的学生在身体的自我认知和健康行为管理上优于等级较低的大学生;男女大学生在身体自我评价中的性别差异,随着体质健康等级的提高逐步缩小并趋于一致。
Using physique health grade evaluate, body self- cognition and health behavior manage questionnaire to investigate 271 university students. The results showed that students in different physique health grade groups on body self- cognition are consistent with the physique test. Students in higher physique health grade groups on body self- cognition and health behavior manage are better than those in lower physique health grade groups. The diffence between male and female students on body self- cognition become much alike in higher physique health grade groups.
