摘要
对热处理清洗含油废水作了研究。用电解法进行处理,并与混凝法比较,探索了电流强度、电解时间、极间距和pH值等关键参数对化学需氧量(COD)去除率的影响。结果表明,电流强度是影响废水COD去除率的最显著因素;在电流强度为2.8 A,电解时间为80 m in,极间距为15.5 mm,pH值为6的条件下对水样进行二次电解试验,废水COD去除率达到97.31%。
The heat treatment emulsified oily wastewater was studied by electrolysis method and compared with coagulation method. The effects of current intensity, electrolytic time, electrode spacing and pH value on the removal rate of the COD were investigated. The results show that current intensity is the most notable factor affecting the wastewater COD removal rate and under twice electrolysis conditions that 2. 8 A current intensity,80 min electrolytic time, 15.5mm electrode spacing and 6 pH value, the COD removal rate of the wastewater can reach to 97.31%.
