摘要
从信息技术发展带来的机遇和情报学研究的目的两方面探讨情报学发展动力研究的重要性;将情报学发展的动力分为外动力与内动力,从外动力与内动力两个角度对情报学发展的动力进行分析;构建出情报学发展的动力机制结构模型,并阐明情报学发展动力机制的运行过程,提出动力机制适度发展的评价指标。
This paper first analyzes the importance of the impetus research of the information science development according to the development of information technologies and the aim of information science researches. The impetus of the information science development includes internal and external impetus. In terms of the impetus of the information science development, the paper constructs a structure model of the impetus mechanism for the information science development, and illustrates its impetus operating mechanism. Then it puts forward some appraisal indexes for the moderate development of impetus mechanisms.
