摘要
本文针对工程管理应用型人才的能力素质要求，分析工程管理产学研相结合的背景及依据，提出了工程管理产学研相结合实施方案，对建立工程管理产学研相结合人才培养体系具有一定的借鉴意义。
In order to meet the requirement engineering management, this paper analyzes the teaching, teaching and research, an implementation to cultivate competent application-oriented personages in background and reasons to carry out the integration of plan being also brought forward.
